Vintage "Wild Rose" Green 8" French Majolica Plate by Sarreguemines

Available is a vintage green majolica plate. The plate has a detailed design of hummingbirds hovering over wild roses, set in a grass-like border. The rich emerald color complements the design. The design is identified as "Wild Rose."

The back of the plate is stamped "Sarreguemines, France". Overall good vintage condition. Small glaze abrasion on the front. Chip on the back foot rim that is glazed over, likely a manufacturing flaw.
