Vintage Pink and White Embroidered Queen Quilt | Butterflies and Flowers Blanket

This is a lovely feminine quilt in an extra large size, carefully decorated with a repeating pattern of butterflies and flowers. The embroidery is excellently done, and this quilt is a lovely addition to a nature-inspired bedroom.

MATERIALS

The quilt has alternating pink and white blocks in cotton fabric. The pink blocks have hand quilted butterflies in pink thread. The white blocks have embroidered butterflies in pink, orange and brown on green stems and leaves. There is medium weight polyester batting. Backing is solid pink; binding is matching pink fabric.

CONDITION

Good vintage condition. No binding wear, holes, or major damage noted. A few faint spots of discoloration. It has been hand washed and air dried.

SIZE

Measures a generous 109" x 95". Easily fits a queen bed. Note it was photographed on a king size bed.
