Whitney Conard LLC is a registered business in the state of Kansas.
RETURNS
I do not accept returns. All sales are final. However, if you are unhappy with your item, please contact me with questions at whit@thriftywhitney.com. You can also contact me at that email address prior to ordering if you would like any more details or photos on a specific item. Please include the item URL link in your email so I can locate the correct information for you.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you believe you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
CANCELLATIONS
I accept cancellations up to 24 hours after the initial order. Please email me at whit@thriftywhitney.com to initiate a cancellation. Beyond this timeframe, I cannot accept cancellations.
SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES
Current processing times are 3-5 business days. Please message me if you have an urgent purchase request, and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
PACKAGING
Orders are packaged using recycled and repurposed shipping supplies, while doing our best to protect your order from damage in transit to you. You may receive a box that has advertising or logos on the outside other than my shop, This helps us lower both costs to you and impact on the environment.
LOCAL PICKUP
Free local pickup available in the Kansas City metro area. For first time buyers, you will be refunded the cost of shipping after you pick up. For repeat customers, please email me for the free pickup coupon code.
USA SHIPPING
All domestic shipping orders are sent within 3-5 business days. If under 15 ounces, it will be sent First Class with tracking. Anything over 1 pound will typically go either USPS Priority or UPS Ground with tracking. If you would like to have your purchase sent to you Express or Overnight, please contact us for rates.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently we ship only to Canada and the UK via USPS First Class, Priority and Express, and UPS.
We are not responsible for customs fee and import taxes imposed by the country of residence. Falsifying customs declaration forms in order to help a buyer avoid these taxes and fees is against the law. Please do not ask us to violate the law.
