Antique Chunky Ironstone 11" Platter | John Edwards, England, c1880

 An early ironstone platter from a little known producer. The back stamp reads "Warranted Ironstone China John Edwards." The design of the stamp dates this piece to 1880-1900.

There is heavy utensil wear and glaze loss to the front. Old stable tight hairline cracks to the back. Discoloration and wear throughout. No other chips noted. Suitable for decor and display.
