Antique German Blue Onion Ceramic Canister for Beans, c1900

Gorgeous blue and white ceramic canister with rare intact lid, in excellent antique condition. Stamp on base reads "GMT & Bro, Germany, 3985", indicating production date between 1887-1914. 

Vibrant blue floral pattern on the outside with borders, between which reads "Beans" in stenciled black script.

Light crazing and staining. No lid.

DIMENSIONS - 6" tall x 4.5" wide; weighs 1 lb. 4 oz.
