Antique German Blue Onion Ceramic Canister for Tapioca, c1900

Gorgeous blue and white ceramic canister, in excellent antique condition. Stamp on base reads "GMT & Bro, Germany, 3985", indicating production date between 1887-1914. 

Vibrant blue floral pattern on the outside with borders, between which reads "Tapioca" in stenciled black script.

Light crazing and staining. No lid.
