Vintage German Shepherd Guarding the Flock Bronze Bookends

Available is a pair of bronze bookends in Art Nouveau style, showing a German Shepherd lying near a flock of sheep, set against a pastoral background.

The cast metal bookends are each quite heavy and have intricate detailed scenes. One of the bookends has minor flattening and cracking to the cutout corner at top; see photo.

Otherwise good vintage condition and patina. 

DIMENSIONS - 5.5" tall x 4.5" long x 1.5" deep at base; set weighs 5 lb. 14 oz.
