Antique Large 11" Brown Beehive Stoneware Fermentation Crock with Lid | Rustic Farmhouse Decor

Available is an amazing statement piece for your modern farmhouse home or crock collection. This large stoneware fermentation jar has a narrow mouth with the original lid and a classic beehive shape. It may also have originally been used for milk storage.

It is the perfect size for arranging tall floral stems or grouping with other warm neutral-colored crocks for display.

There is an excellently repaired chip on the outer edge of the opening that does not extend through to the interior. Also some missed glaze spots near the base on one side and a touch spot where the jar was touching another surface and some glaze did not fully cover the side (see dull spot). No other chips or cracks noted.

DIMENSIONS - 11" high by 3.5" opening diameter by 9.25" diameter base; weighs 9 lb. 14 oz.
