Antique Mulberry Transferware 8" Ironstone Plate by John Alcock, c1850

Available is a stained crazed antique ironstone plate, produced by John Alcock, between 1851-1860 in Cobridge, England.

Back of plate is stamped on the back "Vincennes, John Alcock, Cobridge". The front features a European scene in center, with molded panels along the edge with floral and architectural medallions. In beautiful dark black or "mulberry" transfer.

Overall very good antique condition, with crazing and staining throughout.
