Antique Mulberry Transferware 8" Ironstone Plate | "Corean" by Podmore Walker. & Co., c1840

Available is a stained crazed antique ironstone plate, produced by Podmore Walker & Co between 1834-1859.

Back of plate is stamped on the back "Corean, PW & Co". The front features an Asian scene in center, with molded panels along the edge with floral medallions. In beautiful dark black or "mulberry" transfer.

Overall good antique condition, with crazing and staining throughout. Erosion on front glaze pits noted. See photos.
