Antique Scottish Wooden Stationary Box

Available is an antique stationary box with richly colored wood and original paper lining. The perfect tabletop accessory for an office or library.

Red-toned wood complements the mother-of-pearl key hole. Box opens to reveal red paper lining with wood block blue and white floral printing. Label reads "Wilson & Co, Edinburgh". Estimated age mid to late 19th century. 

The lid does have some stable cracking visible along the upper edges of side and back. Stable crack noted underneath green felt lining on base. Hinges are tight and box functions well. Please review all photos.
