Vintage Blue and Peach Crown of Thorns Quilt, c1930s

Available is beautiful two tone quilt in a striking pattern. This softly worn quilt is perfect for cuddling on the couch or displaying on a blanket rack.

MATERIALS

The quilt is constructed in the Crown of Thorns pattern, with peach center blocks and blue triangles in indigo and cadet blue. Set on white fabric, it is hand quilted in white thread. Bound in matching blue fabric. Lightweight cotton batting, white backing. 

CONDITION

Good vintage condition. Scattered light stains visible. Moderate wear throughout binding. Small hole near top. Seam separation in one block noted. Stains and one small hole noted on backing. It has been gently hand washed and air dried.

Exact age unknown. Estimated c1930s based on fabrics and techniques. Found in Kansas.
