Vintage Glass and Silver Plate Elephant Shaped Pitcher

Available is a truly unique vintage serving jug for the eclectic bar experience.

The pitcher is glass and silverplate (or chrome). The spout is in the shape of an elephant's head, with the handle curving from the back of the head. The trunk lifts up to allow the liquid to pour from the vessel out of the mouth. The head does not detach from the body.

The body of the jug is glass, with the elephant's torso and feet in full relief. The pitcher sits on a base of scalloped silverplate.

No maker stamp. No chips or cracks. Pours well and is water tight. A truly unique carafe and great gift for wedding, housewarming or special event.

DIMENSIONS - 10.5” tall x 7.5” long x 4.5” wide; weighs 1 lb. 13 oz. Approx. 1000 ml capacity.
