Vintage Pink and White Missouri Puzzle Quilt, c1940

Available is a cheerful pink and white quilt with an unusual fabric for dog lovers. 

MATERIALS

The quilt is in the Missouri Puzzle pattern, with expert piecing and hand quilting in white thread. The fabrics are predominantly white and pink solid cotton, with strips of scottie dog printed fabric in the sashing and binding. Lightweight cotton batting. White backing.

CONDITION

Good vintage condition. There is some overall fading to the pinks and pink toning to the white fabric, indicating possibly color run in a previous wash or sun fading. Small hole to the backing. No other major damage noted. Please review all photos.

Exact age and maker unknown. Estimated c1940 based on fabrics and techniques used. Found in Kansas.
