Vintage Right and Left Floral Quilt, c1930

Available is a charming floral quilt in dominant tones of blue and purple, with a snuggly flannel backing.

MATERIALS

The quilt is made in the "Right and Left" pattern, with a center block on point with triangles in the pieced corners. Vibrant patterns and prints are used through the quilt. The binding is a purple floral print. Backing is blue, white and purple striped flannel. Lightweight cotton batting. Hand quilted in white thread.

CONDITION

Very good vintage condition. Pilling to flannel backing noted. One open seam in front; dark mark on back. It has been carefully hand washed and air dried.

AGE

Exact age unknown. Estimated date c1930 based on fabrics and techniques used. Found in Kansas.
