It was originally painted on stretched canvas, and is currently nailed to board. The nails show in the front in a very rustic way. The painting shows a terracotta roofed home on a rising hill, with trees and dirt paths. A lovely piece for old world charm.

No hanging mechanism on the back. Originally sourced in England.
