Vintage Pastel Nine Patch Quilt, c1930

Available is a lovely pastel quilt perfect for every day use as a stacker or in a sewing project. 

MATERIALS

The quilt is a basic 9 patch quilt, constructed of floating blocks with alternating 4-patches inside the blocks. The fabrics are a variety of solid and patterned cottons. The setting fabric is a lime green and orange pattern. The backing is a floral print in blue, red and green with white flowers. Bound in matching setting fabric. Hand quilted in white thread in Baptist fan pattern. Lightweight cotton batting.

CONDITION

Fair vintage condition. One complete hole through to the back. Small hole in top. Some stains and fabric thinning with exposed batting throughout. It was washed by the previous owner. Please review all photos.

Exact age unknown. Estimated date c1930 based on fabrics and techniques used. Found in Kansas.
